1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering or using SugarMatch in any way, you declare that you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, you must refrain from using the service immediately.

2. Eligibility and Veracity

3. Purpose and Service Limitations

SugarMatch is a technology intermediation platform to facilitate social connections and dates under mutually agreed terms between adults. on SugarMatch

• A sexual service or escort agency.
• An employer of any of its users.

The use of the site to promote prostitution, child pornography, human trafficking or harassment is strictly prohibited.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your interactions outside the platform. SugarMatch recommends extreme caution when meeting new people. We reserve the right to monitor internal communications to prevent fraud or abuse of community rules.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos and code of the platform are the exclusive property of SugarMatch. Data extraction ("scraping") or reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

Terms & Conditions

The use of certain platform features may be subject to payment of fees or service commissions. SugarMatch reserves the right to modify its rates and commissions at any time. Any change will be effective immediately upon publication on the platform or via electronic notification. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance.

7. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these terms, the laws of Ecuador or basic respect towards other members, without prior notice and without the right to refunds for services already acquired.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts in the city of Quito, Ecuador.
