1. Identity Protection (ID/Passport)

According to the LOPDP, your identity documents are considered sensitive data. In SugarMatch, these documents are stored on a secure server with restricted access. They are never visible to other users or the general public. Their sole purpose is manual validation by our security team.

2. Anonymity in the Public Catalog

To protect your right to privacy, the platform implements the following automatic measures:

• Face Obfuscation: The main photo of your profile is automatically processed to hide identifying features in the catalog of unregistered visitors.
• Profile Code: You are never identified by your real name or full alias in open searches; you are assigned a unique code (e.g. EC-UIO-001).
• Contact Restriction: Your phone number and real alias are only revealed to Gentlemen who have gone through the payment and credit verification process.

3. ARCO Rights for Ladies

You have total control over your information. At any time you can:

• Make your profile temporarily invisible.
• Modify your aliases and preferences.
• Permanently and automatically delete your account and data using the option available in your profile (Compliance with 'Right to be Forgotten').
